The Main Hall hire includes the kitchen and Small Hall. It is large, spacious and bright. Large enough to accommodate a bouncy castle (needs own insurance)

Dimensions of the main hall: Length 14.6m x width 8.5m x height 4.0m

The large kitchen has a fridge freezer, microwave oven, a six ring catering gas oven, an electric hostess oven warmer, tea urn and kettles. You are welcome to bring in your own food/caterers but you will need your own baking trays/saucepans/cutlery etc.  We have some mugs and cups and saucers that you are welcome to use, but no teaspoons,  as they tend to disappear. Many people bring disposable catering items.

We have 12 rectangular tables measuring 6ft x 2ft.6in and eight round tables measuring 5ft in diameter - Both types seat 8 per table. 

There are 12 smaller tables measuring 3ft x 3ft.

We do not provide tablecloths.

There are 150 modern smart chairs.

PLEASE NOTE:

If you are serving alcohol free of charge you will not need a licence.       

If you are selling it, you will need a licence. This can be applied for online at www.spelthorne.gov.uk (It is called a Temporary Event Notice) and costs around £21 or you can request a full bar service from any publican.

There is no sound system as such in the hall - but you are welcome to bring your own as we do have a full licence to play music and speakers through which you can stream your own playlists. The caretaker can show you how this works, through a bluetooth adaptor.

We have a screen that can be lowered from the top of the stage - again our caretaker can access the remote control for you.

Spacious stage, with room behind for changing or equipment etc. Should you choose to have entertainment on the stage, there are two electric plugs under either side of the wooden stage plus a full lighting board situated at the side of the stage.

Wifi is available throughout the building - details are on the wall in the small hall
