  1. CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND DRINK?
    Absolutely you can - but if you are selling alcohol rather than just providing it free, you will need a temporary licence.

  2. DO YOU PROVIDE CROCKERY AND CUTLERY?
    No, you will need to bring your own - most people use disposable items. However, we do have some china mugs and cups and saucers should you wish to use them.

  3. CAN WE COOK IN YOUR KITCHEN?
    Yes we have a six ring catering gas oven and a microwave oven - We have two fridges and two large fridge freezers

  4. WHAT ABOUT TABLES AND CHAIRS?
    We have plenty of tables and chairs but you will need your own table cloths/coverings - click on hall information & more information for exact details regarding measurements etc.

  5. DO YOU HAVE A SOUND SYSTEM AND SPEAKERS?
    There are electrical points on the stage if required. You can now play your music through our speakers with an on site bluetooth adaptor (in the safe) connected to your phone's playlist.

  6. CAN WE COME IN EARLY TO SET UP?
    We understand that preparation may be a requirement so be sure to book it in your hours of hiring

  7. CAN WE EXTEND AFTER 11PM?
    Unfortunately not, our caretaker has to set alarms and lock up at 11pm sharp.
    The hall must be vacated and left as you found it by this time. There is an option to pay a fee to have the cleaning done for you by arrangement with our cleaner. Please advise if you would like to use this service (currently £25)

  8. CAN WE HAVE A BOUNCY CASTLE?
    Yes you can - lots of people use our local providers here in Stanwell. The measurements of our halls can be found under hall information     

  9. DO YOU HAVE WIFI?
    Yes we do, all details are available in the hall itself.

  10. IF THERE IS A PROBLEM AT THE HALL
    Please contact our caretaker if you find any issues at the hall. Her contact number is 07706 145740 and she will do her best to solve the problem.
